Just a note to clarify an issue that has been brought to my attention.  

Be sure to place station 1/2 at station 1/2 and not station zero.  The manual 
states that "all of the stations are spaced 11 1/2"  (so that they are 12" 
face to face) except between station 9 and 10".  The oversight is that station 
1/2 is also an exception in that it is 1/2 foot or 6" face to face in front of 
station 1.  The pictures on page 42 and 46 show the spacing correctly (about 
1/2 the normal distance).
