Hi Roger,
There is a picture somewhere on swiftsolo.org saying that it was moved up, due
to making a "cool" (but slowing) roster tail. So its my understanding that the
upper position is the one to go with. (And hence you can put the drain plug in
the middle. At least this is where I put mine.
