vang lever

There is an error in the rigging manual regarding the hole pattern in the 
vang lever.  Anyone who has already made their lever will be able to modify it. 
 
Others should wait till Monday when I'll have a corrected set of instructions 
in the rigging manual.  This hole pattern is quite critical as a quarter inch 
translates to a much larger change in the height of the outer end of the boom 
than you would imagine.
