Ken,
I suggest the Ronstan RF20711 Exit Block with Cover Plate $21.00 list price  
each.  It will handle 1/4" line.  Position your Rails on the deck and  mark 
the opening for the exit block where it falls at 103 1/2" from station  zero.  
Annapolis Performance Sailing (_www.apsltd.com_ (http://www.apsltd.com) ) lists 
the RF20711 exit block as  $17.95.  I got mine at Boater's World Store.
