Bill,
I had great results from my table saw with a Freud DIABLO 7.25" 40-tooth  
teflon-coated blade.  This blade has a thinner kerf than any 10" blade that  I 
could find and the deflection less since the diameter is smaller.  The  cut was 
so smooth that sanding was minimal and the kerf is thin so waste is  reduced.  
Get a couple of #5416 stacked flute & bead cutter router bits  from MLCS Ltd 
(800-533-9298) for your router table.  You can make all  the strips you will 
need in a weekend with a helper to help pull the stock  through the process.  I 
made table extensions for the stock and milled  strips to ride on as they 
enter and exit.  Nothing like the aroma of  freshly milled cedar....but invest 
in 
a dust collection system or hook up your  Shop-Vac.
