I've got a bit of a quandary...less than a yard of hybrid left and I have
only one layer of hybrid and one s-glass on each of your foam-cored foils. I
called John R. Sweet and the hybrid will be out-of-stock until at least August
due to high-demand for military applications. Can you suggest an alternative
lay-up for the cloth? Sweet suggested alternating layers of straight carbon
fiber and straight Kevlar. Bram may want to discuss alternative sources for
hybrid during our Wednesday Chat.
BTW...your cores work great with 2.7 oz Dacron peel-ply from
Aircraftspruce.com. Fantastic finish for lay-ups or bagging.
