Dave, Neither of those parts are in the kit. I bought a whole length of each 
at McMasters. You probably dont need the stainless sleeve, if you bore the 
right size hole in epoxy filler in the pivot. If you are really hanging out, 
and dont want to buy a whole length, I can chop you some of mine and send 
it.
