Also within a millimeter for the convex areas. The convex parts of the stations (especially on the stations towards the bow, where the curves are sharpest) are hardest to sand. You have to use the curved part of the sanding block, which doesn't provide nearly as much surface area as the straight edge, and thus it takes longer and more "moves" of the paper itself.
