To move the station forms up or down, I had to remove some material from the holes. I didn't want to take all the station forms off the rail (that would take forever). So I used sandpaper to pull off some material. The paper would catch and tear - so I used an old, not completely dull 80-grit sanding belt, cut in half lengthwise. The backing for this is fabric, and so it held up much better to being scrunched into tiny slots.
