Getting the first rail ready to go. First, mix up some epoxy/207/406. The entire rail will take about 4x 8 squirts. Then paint it on to the strips, one side only; this wets it out and helps it work into the edges. Then assemble the entire stack - three wide, 6 high, flat edges on the bottom, and epoxy mixture and 2" tape between layers.
