Coming right along. Here, there are 10 strips on the gunwale side, 5 strips in the middle, and per side, 2 strips are scarfed. The scarfed pieces have half a strip and the other part is leftover from previous strips. To this point, I've used three milk jugs' worth of plastic chits.
