The jig I used to drill holes in the stainless steel bar. First, the corded drill is better for this. The plastic piece is nailed down to the wood so it won't slide around. The metal insert goes in the throat on the plastic, so I can be assured I'm drilling vertically. Also notice the nail through one of the first holes in the rod on the left - this makes sure the rod stays perfectly vertical.
