In a conversation with Greg, he suggested the only change I might want to make to my centreboard trunk would be to add 1/8" of width. This would be within measurement rules tolerance, and would allow me to use a slightly thicker board. So I decided to add some additional hybrid around the outside of all my c/b trunk vertical pieces.
