It took around 5 attempts to get this to bond in place with the hot glue - the glue kept on popping off. I placed the template in the correct position, then took all the clamps off this half of the bulkhead, then tacked the bulkhead in place with the glue gun. It kept popping off when I clamped the wing to the bulkhead. Eventually I solved this - use a larger blob of hot glue.
