Plenty o' filler, and ready to place the rail. This took something like 7 squirts - while it was too much, the first time around I didn't have enough and there was a void under the rail along the edge. My rail is flat, and the deck has a slight bow at this point - I decided to just fill it with filler rather than shape the rail.
