Backing plates for the trapeze cord. These are 20mm blocks, which have 6-32 sized holes. I drilled a 7/16” hole half-way through the smaller piece - into that hole, I will insert a square nut and a bunch of epoxy. This seems to hold the nut in place fairly well.
