Following Mark's directions. Tape the deck (using packing tape), then hot glue down a block for a base (I used half-width bulkhead matieral). Next, hot glue in a block to ensure the rail will be correctly positioned fore & aft. The red dot on the block ensures the rail is correct port-to-starboard.
