Here, the two backing plates for the rectangle blocks have all their epoxy in place. This way, I can create a smooth surface for the protection patch. (The protection patches are particularly required for these - if these small square nuts pop out, it would be pretty hard to get one back in place.) When I bonded these in place while the deck was right-side up, it was pretty hard to get a lot of solid epoxy in the right place, so they need quite a bit more here.
