The latest solution. Each of those cheek blocks is screwed in with a 1 1/4” screw. The original Harken Hoister has both the fore and aft lines going through the same blocks - but this should work just as well. I was concerned about having the blocks slightly separated - it may mean that one end will go up and down faster than the other. But it hasn't been really noticeable.
