One chainplate backing block in place. I let the sealer coat of epoxy in the bolt holes cure, and then re-drilled it out. These are carriage bolts, well greased. I had to use the Dremel to "square out" the holes in the hybrid chainplate block, and even then had to hammer them into place to get a tight fit. But overall things look pretty good.
