Preparing to drill the bolt holes for the bolts in the transom bar. I wanted these to go in exactly vertically (although in retrospect as long as they were in the same plane as the transom, the other direction didn't matter). All this workup is getting everything to the point of being ready to go. The 2x2's clamped along the length of the bar provide the horizontal surface for the drilling jig.
