I went back through the entire length of the boat and filled in small holes in the carbon tape (in particular) - it was hard to get in place, and blew bubbles while it cured. But I don't want water (and there will always be some in the bottom of the boat) to get in there and stay forever. So I filled in the holes I could find with epoxy/cab-o-sil.
