Second application down. This wasn't quite tack-free, but close enough. My intent with this entire second round of black wasn't really to re-coat everything, but more to cover up the zebra stripes and ensure the sanded-through spots got another coat. I didn't really need to be quite this thorough. I didn't bother to brush into the lip of the gunwale - I know a lot of epoxy has already dribbled in there, no point in adding more.
