One other trick for this. When moving between different fabrics (from needs epoxy to doesn't, for instance: s-glass to peel-ply), it's nice to have a surface to work on which isn't saturated with epoxy. To do this, I had a long roll of plastic. If I needed a clean surface, I unrolled or rolled once, and I'm in business. Worked well.
