All set. One other problem with these jig pieces was that the piece I cut out was cut out at a slight angle - that's just what jigsaws do. If I had used the bandsaw this wouldn't have been a problem - but it was stuck in a corner of the garage. (Ah, for more workspace...) Instead I just rasped out some of the inner edge, and flipped them over and removed some that way.
