Second cut. I moved the tape outwards a bit and ensured (once again) that it was perfectly parallel to the inside of the trunk. (I did this by slipping a plastic ruler to the inside flush against the trunk, then putting the ruler on the outside edge). The tape is placed so that I will have about 5 mm between the trunk edge and the edge of the hull. Once I reach this tape, the hole is done.
