Second round of varnish complete (early in the morning). This took forever to dry, because it's only 14°C outside. This also took considerably more varnish than the last application - and it was enough that drips are forming. It's also a lot harder to tell what's been varnished in this coat and what hasn't been yet. The previous coat was tack free, but the foam brush still wanted to stick to the last coat, and that made applying a thin, even coat pretty tricky.
