Installing the Holt-Allen in-mast block. I measured where it should be (91 1/2” down), then put the blue tape on so I knew not to go outside the lines (worked well on the hull). Then a drill followed by a bit of dremel work, and then filing. The tendancy is to cut these holes too large - and certainly it only takes a couple of swipes with the file to go from tight to loose...
