The ranger station at the end of the main road entering the park. It's hard to convey the sense of flatness in Florida - it was tremendously flat. *Nothing* was higher than a single story, and the total elevation gain probably didn't get past double digits. It's no wonder that storm surges are so damaging; they would cover everything.
