A large discount can be obtained on 49er parts by ordering well in advance (about the time you start your hull). I have to import these 10 sets at a time and can not guarantee I will have them available when you need them (I have limited storage capability). They can be ordered from Vanguard in the US or the other 49er suppliers around the world at the retail price. I will import fairly raw masts and booms (no wires or halyards) and you will need to rig them yourself. I can sell you the wires and halyards if you don't have an available source. It will take you about 2 full days to complete (or modify) your mast and boom even if you buy it complete from Vanguard. These parts will not be suitable for use on 49ers as they have been cut down.
