Bottom rudder gudgeon and drain plug

Hi Bram
There are two conflicting pictures on where to locate the drain hole and lower 
gudgeon support. One shows the gudgeon support lining up with the hull bottom 
and the drain plug offset to the right of that. The other shows the drain plug 
on the centreline with the gudgeon support above it, lining up with the deck.
What is the correct location for each?
