To all 16 Swift Solo builders with sails presently on order.
We're working on the shipping costs for your sails (packaging, insurance,
and the UPS bill). Expect shipping to be about $110 for the East Coast, $100
for the Midwest and $87 for the West Coast. Once we have the amount tied down
we'll post them on the "Buy One" area of the website and each of you who
wants them shipped will need to choose a shipping rate to add to the shopping
cart. Because we're not in the business of shipping parts, these costs are
based on averages for the three areas of the US. To do it any other way would
delay shipment.
We'll try to make this easier in the future by simply showing four different
prices for the sails depending on where you want them shipped (the forth
option is for pick up in Seattle or Portland Oregon). Shipping to other
countries will be dealt with separately.
