Swift solo, Toe Rails

A question for those of us who are NOT  in Florida:

    What is the cross sectional dimensions of the Toe Rails? I seem to
recall some discussion about increasing the size (height) of the rails. Was
there a consensus in the end?

    Oh, also the Gunwales. It was also suggested to make the Gunwales wider.
Should this be full length? Or is it better to taper the Gunwales toward the
Bow?
