Let us all remember that this is not a forum to attack anyone, their  
statements or their ideas. The purpose of posting is the free exchange of  
ideas to 
foster Swift construction and class growth. Potential members subscribe  to the 
list in order to decide if they want to build and become members, but if  
they see condescension and belittlement they will surely look to other  
friendlier classes. So to all Please Think Before You Post and be  professional.
