12" clamps on each side (see picture) do an excellent job holding the tract
while you sight it.  (36" up from forestay fitting)  Wedges on each end can
move forward and aft while you fine tune it.  The clamps can move toward the
center line if you don't have enough height or outward to decrease the
height.
