Dear Class Members,
Our webmaster, Al Pritchard, has activated the Swift Solo Class voting
system. Members who wish to help choose the 2007 summer regatta site venue can
login and view the vote progress and or record their preference. The proposed
regatta options are posted in the forum and there is also a discussion you can
contribute to, if you wish, in the same forum. The voting in this particular
election will be closed at 12am Wednesday Nov 15 EST. You can all follow the
progress of your classmates preferences on the home page of the class website
at www.swiftsolo.org. If the voting system works as we hope it will, we will
be able to extend the system to a whole series of issues that will be coming up
soon. So please register for the free web login, re-up your 2006 membership
if need be so you can vote, and let us know how you want your class to work for
you. If you are having trouble or have any questions about renewing membership
or voting please pop an email to membership at swiftsolo.org.
