Yeah
One of the local J-24 sailors just did his long distance qualification race.
Said it was the scariest and most fun thing he has ever done.
I volunteered that if he ever needed a 2nd hand for any of his shakedown
runs up and down the sound (like Seattle to Pt Townsend in a blow), to give
me a holler.
They are way cool boats - though I don't think I'd take a boat I built onto
the ocean quite yet.
