Warren, use your Dremel with an abrasive disc. I recommend this tool for cutting off all bolts. It is far easier than a hack saw--even when you do have room to operate. Do cut a little--move to a different bolt--come back after it cools a bit--repeat till you get through it. Wouldn't want you to catch your Swift on fire!
