You can find instructions on how to unsubscribe at

Basically, send a piece of email to
swiftsolo-unsubscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Like subscribe, it doesn't need
anything special in the subject or body of the mail. 

It would be a pity if people unsubscribed because of discussions about
the class rules.  If you build a boat, you're going to have to live
with the class rules.
