Bill, Shipping is about $20 for everything including the long parts. I'm
charging $10-15 per skinned and cut block depending on the size speed of
cutting and shape complexity plus the cost of the foam and wastage. Spider foam
is a little more expensive, but much better for compression in the blades. I
have tried to keep the costs as low as I can without me paying for all your
parts.
Note: You need root and blade for both foils.
Also I have a 15 page booklet of suggestions on how to put them together.
Here is the cost breakdown for all of the parts.
Completed skinned throats are available at $140 per each.
There is a 5% cumulative discount for every complete set you buy over the first
set up to 3 sets. We have decided that any profit can go towards some race
equipment for the NYC skiff league.

Bill, Dont know what Ovington are charging for 49er foils but I think making
them yourself is a much better deal and lets you choose a faster shape. If you
have a special section shape or planform I can probably make almost anything
you want except that it must be composed of straight sided planform sections
although there can be many joined in the one foil to approximate a curved
planform.
Let me know what you want out of this list.
How is the progress on USA020, what are you up to? Have you picked a name yet?
We will have to work out how we can get together.
Talk to you later
Greg
