Great news,
Just got a call from Meade Gougeon and he has agreed to speak to our group
at a barbecue that WEST Systems is sponsoring on March 18th. He'll have the
long-awaited final results of the hydromat testing they've been doing for us
to discuss that evening. He's agreed to show up early and give the Swift Solo
a try. He did say that it is 90% sure but he has one small hurdle to clear.
Please don't pay for extra diner tickets to the many barbecues until you get
to the regatta. Pay only the entry fee and get those entry forms in. Every
person who plans to participate in the clinics needs to get the entry form
in. Those who have agreed to bring support boats to help with the clinics
need not pay the entry fee but must complete the form.
