Bram has a full scale set of templates for the CB trunk parts. Contact him
for the plans. The trunk is fabricated of the same material from which your
stations and soldiers are made. It has hybrid on both sides. I encourage
you to use Peel Ply on your hybrid material lay-up to get a nice finish to
work
with when epoxying the trunk with fillets. Hybrid doe not take sanding very
well. The trunk passes through station 8, so wait until you have the trunk
installed correctly before cutting and installing the station.
