Actually this is a good question that need clarification.
 
Attached are some pictures of the new block installed.  The one near  the 
pole ring is a big one--all others are small.  The ones on the shock  cord are 
stacked with long screws.
 
Whenever putting screw into foam cores you should do the  following.  
1.  Drill the holes about 1 1/2 times the size of the wood  screw you'll be 
using.  
2.  After drilling the holes, put some acetone on a q-tip and insert  into 
the holes to melt the foam back to approximately four times the diameter of  
the 
holes you drilled.  It helps if you try to clean/scrape the glass skins  in 
the hole before going to the next step to ensure a good bond.
3.  using a west system syringe, squirt a cream mixture of silica and  epoxy 
into the hole to fill them.  
4.  While still wet, set the block where they go and push the screws  into 
the epoxy and let set for a couple of day before using.
