Steve, Im hoping I will be one of the Swifts at the Grand Prix this year but it
depends on how much time I can get off.
As for glass and parts list,

links to material suppliers

I believe you have your hybrid enough for two boats already from Sweet
Composites, that is where I would buy the Glass too unless there is a problem
with shipping internationally.

Subject: S glass question and an east coast regatta
Hi All:
I finally broke down and got a real job so I could actually afford to buy the
materials for my
Swift. I just ordered the carbon/kevlar I need but I forgot about the S
glass. One queston,
how much and what type of S glass do I need? My slow dial up connection
makes it painful
to search for the info. I am also pretty sure there is a parts list
somewhere. Can someone give
me a link to that too. For the last couple years I have been a stay at home
dad and ski instructor.
It paid for my new skiis but not much else. Now the problem will be finding
time to build in
between working and driving the kids around. I won't make it to Florida this
year but I would
suggest that anyone in the east might want to check out the OSRF (Ottawa
Skiff Racing Fleet)
Grand Prix this summer. Last year we had 39 or so boats, including I14's,
49ers, International
Canoes and a Laser 5000. It's probably one of the bigger skiff regattas in
the east.
One of our members even got an Aussie 18 last fall so we can watch him crash
this summer!
There is camping on site or I can give you a place to stay if you come.
