Did we ever figure out a Portsmouth number....
   
  I'm racing this weekend (if it is nice enough) and I'm sure the question will 
be asked.
   
  If not are we using a rule of thumb like we are close to a Musto, which is an 
80...
   
  I know it was one of the things discussed last year at the meeting in Ft 
Desoto.
