Rob, I will be talking to Banks Sails about the problem this week. Hopefully, they will get some of the prescribed screws packaged and sent out quickly. Attached is a photo of the type of aluminum screws needed to make the repair if you need them right away. You'll need six and they are about 20 cents each and can be bought at Lowe's or Home Depot. The shank is 3/8" long and 3/16" diameter (you can substitute about anything if you can't find these). One should be placed in the center of each batten pocket end protector. Best regards, Bram
