Rudder and CB alignment

Fellow Swift-Solo builders

    Any tips for cutting the insert blocks. I've cut the bottom CB block to
fit the hull. But I'm not sure how to cut the opening for the CB in the
blocks.

    I could hang the whole boat and use a vertical laser line. But every
time I touch the boat it will swing. I could turn the boat over but I can't
access the the deck to draw the board in and out unless I have very long
legs supporting it.

    How did you guys do it?
