The best thing for cutting the strips is a somewhat small table saw so you
can use a thin kerf carbide blade. These are hard to find for saws with
arbors larger than 5/8" or for blades larger than 8". What becomes a "thin
kerf"
for a 10" saw is nearly twice as wide as a 7 1/2" thin kerf You'll get more
strips with this small blade and it will be easier to push the material
through the saw.
The bits you need for your router are Delta Part #56-975.
