Your estimates are pretty close, except for the fiber glass and epoxy
allowance. The glass, tape and hybrid will come to $900-$1000, not including
the
epoxy. The epoxy will run you the $700 alone. The $1900 for the rigging does
not include the changes to complete the bare spars from Forte, so review the
Rigging manual for the additional parts needed. You may make some of the
rigging parts yourself and save $, or get the completed foils, tiller, mast
and
boom, etc. from Roger Wright at Aquilo Boats. Good luck with your project.
