I've been using the RF 20151's and number 6 screws without incident.   I 
think the secret may be that any wood screw imbedded through the wood core of  
anything must be bedded in epoxy.  I used long enough screws to penetrate  
right 
into the air chamber and make sure that the side of the hole is saturated  
with epoxy twice (about 5 minutes apart) before installing the blocks and  
screws.  So far, no problems.  It is important to cant the blocks  as shown in 
the 
manual so that angle of the screw holes bisect  the rope angle entering and 
leaving the block.
 
I hope this makes sense.
